Kazana – Scarves, Shawls, Bags, Jewelry

Note: The Kazana store in Amsterdam is no more. Instead, this store now is known as Takara — a shop just as colorful, and just as full as treasures, as Kazana used to be.

Kazana means ‘treasure’ in Hindi. You’re bound to treasure the world of colours Kazana offers through its collection of scarves, jewels, bags and local crafts.

Materials, fabrics and warm flaming colours tempt you to travel – or bring the world into your home: Indian saris, Maroccan chechs, Maya weavings, Berber necklaces, Tibetan bracelets, Aswan and Luxor scarves, Laos silks, Thailand and Guatemalan bags…

The store, part of a network of Kazana stores in France, Belgium and now Holland, is located at the corner of Leidsestraat and Prinsengracht in Amsterdam.
