Dutch music groups Novastar and Bløf along with singer Sabine Star will give concerts on Thurday in a shop window at De Bijenkorf, Amsterdam’s largest and most prestigious department store.
They will be the guests of radio station Q-Music, which will be broadcasting all day from an improvised studio in the shop’s corner display window.
Tickets for the July 20th U2 concert in the Amsterdam Arena stadium were sold out within 10 minutes after going on sale last Saturday.
A second concert date has now been added.
The concerts are part of the group’s 360° tour, highlighting U2’s latest album, No Line On The Horizon.
U2 is coming to Amsterdam to play in the Arena stadium as part of its European U2 360° tour.
The hugely popular Irish band will visit the Arena on Monday, July 20th. Tickets for the concert will go on sale Saturday, March 14.
The stadium tour — the first for U2 since Vertigo in 2005 — follows the release of their acclaimed album, No Line On The Horizon.
